There was a time when people would sit and wait for 52 kbps internet connection over Ptcl copper wire to connect. It was indeed much expensive at that time. Now time and technology have shifted altogether on 180 degrees. Today broadband internet is much affordable, thanks to new innovations in the field of mobility.Currently since 3G and 4G technology was introduced it revolutionized the access and usage of internet. Now there is no more Ptcl monopoly. Zong and Warid were the only companies in Pakistan which legally launched their 4G services. Zong has become the leader in providing quality broadband services. Few months back Zong increased its package tariff significantly.Telenor acquired 4G licensed much after Zong, so was struggling to capture customers.
