Seagate 60Tb SSD

Seagate an American data storage company has built 60 TB solid-state drive (SSD), which is claimed to be worlds biggest SSD at the moment. Before this, Samsung produced 15 TB SSD. Seagate being the pioneer and leader of storage drive manufacturer takes the lead.
According to Seagate its drive is...
twice the density and four times the capacity of Samsung's PM1633a, and is capable of holding up to 400 million photos or 12,000 movies
This product will be commercially released next year for sale. Price of the drive is unknown for now, but company says it will offer lowest cost per gigabits.

Shocking...

While writing these lined we learned that Toshiba, another storage device manufacturer, has also announced to produce 100 TB SSD which will also be available for sale in 2017. Which means there is real competition between these two storage device manufacturer giants. Lets see which company takes the lead. Till then keep your fingers crossed!
